Alright lovelies, December and New Year’s are wrapped up and now Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. If you know me, you’ll know I love ALL holidays, especially those that give us a reason to celebrate love. After 2020, I think we’ll all agree that we could use more love in our lives.

Love is indeed all around us.

Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be about romantic love. As someone who’s been single for a while, my life is flooded with the love of friends, family, students, clients, strangers, and pets. It’s an opportunity to show everyone in your life that you love them.

Before I go any further, let me just say that I understand that not everyone is into buying gifts. I get it. There are many different ways to show love and appreciation for those in our lives, such as spending time together, baking cookies for them, or simply sitting down and writing them a thoughtful note.
